It's only a day and a half away! Since we're heading Canada... uhhh, Canada-ward, I figured it would be appropriate to share a bit of the plan of attack. We decided it was prudent to leave a day early and stay at a halfway point. It would kind of suck to marathon a nine hour drive and just barely get to our destination before crashing - much better to use hotel points and stay somewhere on the way!
Anyway, as below, we'll be heading from New Jersey up through New York City. After passing through Connecticut, we'll stop in Massachusetts for the night, which should only be about a five and a half hour drive. Kid stuff compared to the weekend before last! From there, we'll take the route northward from Massachusetts up through New Hampshire and Vermont before entering Quebec and reaching our final destination.
Should be a lot of fun. I should probably start putting together a weekend's worth of clothing by the time I head into work tomorrow, lest I find myself unprepared!
